She is also a practicing Certified Public Secretary since 2015 and an Accredited Governance Auditor since 2019. She is a Member of the Institute of Certified Secretaries, Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society.

Francisca has previously worked as the Head of Legal department at Jamii Bora Makao Limited and as Legal Manager & Shares Registrar at CfC Stanbic Bank Limited. She is currently offering Company Secretarial Services as the appointed Company Secretary of African Banking Corporation and Kenya Red Cross.

In 2014, Victor was appointed as East Africa Corporate Counsel of Bridge International Academies Limited, heading the legal department in the region as senior management and reporting to the Board of Directors. His areas of practice include Civil and Commercial Litigation, Admiralty and Maritime Law, Arbitration, and more.

Daniel graduated with honours in law from the University of Nairobi in 2008 and was admitted as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya in 2011. He joined the firm as a Partner in January 2019.

Daniel is an all-round legal practitioner with immense experience in Land Law, Insurance Law, Property and Commercial Law as well as Dispute Resolution. He is an astute and vibrant litigator whose main areas of practice are centered on commercial and banking litigation, civil, land and succession law as well as employment and labour disputes.
